• Program Evaluator for the CIDA Canada-China Oil and Gas Technology Transfer Program, conducted in three phases over a seven year period, involving management and technology transfer in the petroleum sector
• Evaluation of the BaRia Oilfields Training Institute in Vietnam and preparation of a management plan for UNDP
• An organizational evaluation and career development training assessment for the Colombian Petroleum Institute, the research arm of ECOPETROL
• A comprehensive evaluation of the Geological Survey of Canada, conducted over a 5 year period to assess five key issues related to the appropriateness and direction of current Canadian and international GSC programs.
• Canadian Executing Agent for the China/Alberta Petroleum Center (CAPC) in Beijing, sponsored by the Alberta Ministry of Economic Development and the China National Petroleum Corporation
• Services as Monitor for a CIDA funded petroleum, mining and environmental program in Colombia
• Assessment of Canadian petroleum industry goods and services capacity for a government trade organization
• Assessment of First Nations surface lease compensation agreements for Reserves in Alberta and Saskatchewan based on an evaluation of crown and freehold compensation values
