Fred G. Rayer, B.A.Sc., P.Geol.

Mr. Rayer is a Geological Engineer with more than 30 years international and domestic oil and gas exploration, development and management experience. At Alconsult he has conducted projects in Africa, South America and Asia.

As president since 1992, he provides project management for exploration assessments, asset evaluations and coordination of project activity in Africa, Asia, Latin America, Middle East, Former Soviet Union and Canada for a variety of clients including Canadian oil and gas companies, international financial institutions, and international oil companies.
