Geoff Martin has over thirty years of diverse oil industry experience, the majority of which have been spent working on international projects around the world. He is a hands-on energy sector professional, trained in geology and geophysics, with varied experience in North America, Latin America, the Middle East and Australasia. He is at ease in a competitive, fast-paced, technology driven environment and a multi-cultural world. He is skilled at setting up and run challenging technical projects and teams, building business relationships, negotiating contracts and deals, and developing business opportunities. Geoff is a native English speaker with language proficiency in Mandarin Chinese, French and Spanish and formal studies in seven other languages.

Mr. Martin is an energy project specialist who uses his technology, marketing and business development skills to work with clients to plan and manage projects through to required deliverables. Bob Potter has over 50 years of diverse domestic and international petroleum industry experience as an employee, a consultant, advisor and founder of a high-tech surface geochemical marketing company.

During his 25 years of Canadian domestic exploration work, Mr. Potter contributed to the reserve additions of 20 million barrels of oil, 100 BCF of gas, and an inventory of 25 exploration plays. Mr. Potter subsequently engaged in a plus 20-year international career working Argentina, Thailand, Sudan and Kenya. He has provided consulting services to Alberta Energy Company, Talisman Energy (Sudan), Tokamaka G&G Subsurface Solutions (Africa consulting service) and PetroSahara Exploration (attempted African startup company). Recently he was appointed Technical Advisor, Qatar Petroleum International to advise on their North American operations. While participating in Sudanese studies he received awards from Sudapet for his service.

Mr. Potter holds a Bachelor of Science (Geology) degree from the University of Alberta and has serviced as a Corporate Director for Solid State Geophysical Inc. (1993-97) and Minex Energy, Inc. Darren Kondrat has a geophysical background with over 25 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. He has been involved with opportunity identification, well location selection and operations for more than 400 wells. He has consistently added value to projects throughout Canada and the United States including the Montney shale and Fort McMurray oil sands resource plays. He has held senior technical and management positions at Arsenal Energy and Connacher Oil and Gas. Darren is highly skilled with 3D seismic acquisition and interpretation and implements advanced Rock physics seismic applications where appropriate. Mr. Kondrat has extensive experience with asset acquisition and divestiture activities, budgeting, project management and has strong business acumen. He is a strategic, intuitive thinker and can provide insight into projects quickly while balancing the current demands with a long-term perspective.

Mr. Kondrat holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Geophysics from the University of Calgary and an MBA from Athabasca University. He is a registered Professional Geophysicist with the Association of Professional Geoscientists of Alberta (APEGA).

John Hitchner is an experienced 30+ year petrophysicist with considerable expertise related to the computer-assisted analysis of digital well log data integrated with laboratory core analysis, core and cuttings descriptions, drill stem test data, perforations and production history applied to reservoir quality assessment and prediction, reservoir characterization and seismic modeling.

John brings a disciplined, objective and realistic approach to petrophysical analysis to support oil and gas exploration, development or production projects. He co-developed his suite of multi-well data analysis programs/ tools and can adapt them as required to the specific needs of each project. These programs include rigorous procedures to ensure well to well data consistency, multi-well well log analysis, statistical modeling of permeability, water saturation, shear wave acoustic and other reservoir parameters plus a range of unique mapping algorithms.

John has analyzed well log and related geological data in major oil and gas basins from over 40 countries around the world.

John has a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering degree from McGill University and is registered as a member of Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Alberta (APEGA).

Philip Harms is a geologist/geophysicist with over 10 years of international exploration and development experience. Mr. Harms is a true explorationist and idea generator. He has completed hydrocarbon exploration and development projects all over the world, tackling unique geoscientific problems with logical but creative solutions. On these projects, his role included project leadership, geological/ geophysical integration, seismic processing, geological and geophysical interpretation and resource quantification. Mr. Harms has worked for numerous oil and gas exploration companies including significant roles in offshore Guyana frontier exploration, new ventures scoping and evaluations, onshore Tanzania exploration, onshore Kenya exploration, Egyptian field development and gas storage in NE BC. Through these and other projects, he has participated in numerous milestones including first offshore 3D seismic acquisition in Guyana, large onshore gas discoveries in Tanzania, first onshore 3D seismic acquisition in Kenya and numerous resource assessments and evaluations. Mr. Harms has also developed software and work flows to model uncertainty. He employs the use of geographic information system (GIS) and data analytics to analyze, characterize and integrate geosciences data for his projects.

Mr. Harms completed his BSc from the University of Calgary in 2006 with a double major in Geology and Geophysics. He is a registered Professional Geoscientist with the Association of Professional Geoscientists of Alberta (APEGA) and a member of the CSEG.

He has served in various roles in the organizations he has worked for as exploration manager, exploration advisor, VP-technical, and new ventures leader responsible for identification and evaluation of new opportunities. He has worked on oil and gas projects spanning the exploration-development- production spectrum and has broad geosciences (geology, seismic, petrophysics) and technology expertise.

John is a creative lateral thinker skilled in data sourcing, research and analysis of business ventures and is a capable presenter and negotiator. He is an expert in rift basins and the hunt for fractured basement reservoirs. John has a nose for the practical and a great passion for the search for hydrocarbons. Mr. Rees is currently living in UAE, Dubai. He has a B. Sc. in Geology from the University of Calgary.

Decong Yu is a Senior Geoscientist with 25 years of experience in Canadian and international O&G exploration and development business. His expertise is in well data interpretation, seismic attribute interpretation, lithofacies and depositional facies analysis, reservoir characterization, petroleum system risking and subsurface asset evaluation. Mr. Yu discovered oil and gas in China, Azerbaijan, Canada, Colombia and Malaysia with over 180 MMBOE of reserves. His experience with international majors includes exploration manager with CNPC, chief geologist in charge of tight reservoir development planning with Sinopec, and senior geoscientist and exploration advisor to PETRONAS in the Malay and Penyu Basins. He played a key role in supporting G&G projects on behalf of several oil operators in South America, Africa and Canada, when working for GEOSEIS as Geological Services Manager.

Mr. Yu holds a Masters degree in Geochemistry from the University of Petroleum (Beijing) and a Bachelors degree in Petroleum Geology from the University of Petroleum (East China). Jeff Webber is a 20 year senior operations geologist with a strong background in project management and a demonstrated ability to manage geological evaluations projects for exploration and development drilling programs ranging in size from one to hundreds of wells.

His expertise and experience includes: discernment of well evaluation needs – data, information; well prognosis and evaluations program planning; field project initiation, implementation, and completion; primary communication between field and office personnel; stewardship of daily reporting both to and from the field; communication between Geoscience and Drilling Engineering; and overall project stewardship to budgetary and/or time deadlines. He has experience coordinating the interactions of multiple service providers to clarify objectives and targets and implement refinements to streamline overall process flow.

Jeff has significant experience supporting geosteering of horizontal wells. He offers a course entitled ‘An Introduction to Geosteering in Horizontal Wells’ which focuses on the concepts needed for target manipulation during drilling, and establishing open dialogue with all parties before drilling begins, so that real time steering decisions are made easier.

Barry Clement is a skilled analyst with 14 years of diverse experience in petroleum exploration and production work, focused on acquisition and divestiture services, international and unusual special projects and business development. He is known for effective approaches to projects and his quick understanding of diverse subject matter. Business development in the acquisitions and divestitures services realm has included the design and development of geographic information system (GIS) projects to provide the client with a geology and geophysics (G&G) spatial data repository. In 2012 he worked directly with YPFB, the national oil company of Bolivia, to specify and perform quality control for the construction of data packages for a global bid round. Other initiatives include geospatial-enabled interactive analytics for oil and gas data, and various dataroom add-ons designed to aid in the rapid assessment of the hydrocarbon potential of a property. Barry is an expert in geomatics issues affecting petroleum projects, and has designed and taught a course in this area. He has consulting and field experience in workflow development and quality control for all types of data involved in exploration and production, including seismic, well, remote sensing, pipeline integrity, gravity/magnetic, bathymetry, etc. His field experience includes the Assam / Nagaland region of India, where he provided support for prospect development, as well as Malaysia and Northern Alberta. He has led investigative position problem solving initiatives in many regions, including Cuba, Colombia, Madagascar, India, Canada, Ukraine, Uganda, Guyana, Bolivia, Brazil, and Peru.

Malcolm started in the seismic acquisition industry in the 1970’s in Canada working on land seismic crews in the Canadian Northwest Territories and Arctic islands. He was involved in establishing a Canadian seismic contracting company that operated up to four crews specializing in man-portable, heli- portable and environmentally low impact seismic acquisition methods. This company carried out many 2D, 3D, and 3C seismic programs throughout western Canada.

Since 1993 Malcolm has worked internationally in the USA, Germany, Denmark, Algeria, Egypt, Yemen, Oman, Iraq, Ethiopia, Tanzania, Mozambique and Madagascar in the various roles of Seismic QC, Seismic Project Manager, Deep Uphole and VSP Project Manager, HSE Advisor and Operations Manager. He supported projects as a consultant working directly for International E&P companies and also with several Multi Client seismic acquisition companies. Malcolm takes pride in delivering quality projects safely, on time, and on budget.

Since 1993 Malcolm has worked internationally in the USA, Germany, Denmark, Algeria, Egypt, Yemen, Oman, Iraq, Ethiopia, Tanzania, Mozambique and Madagascar in the various roles of Seismic QC, Seismic Project Manager, Deep Uphole and VSP Project Manager, HSE Advisor and Operations Manager. He supported projects as a consultant working directly for International E&P companies and also with several Multi Client seismic acquisition companies. Malcolm takes pride in delivering quality projects safely, on time, and on budget.
