An international drilling and completions engineering manager with over 30 years experience, Mr. Wallace provides training needs analysis and has evaluated a number of training institutes as well as teaching a variety of advanced (technical) drilling and completions courses.

Custom courses have also included a series of environmental applications for drilling and production personnel. The remainder of Mr. Wallace's time is devoted to Operations Management with recent operations in South America, East Africa and the former CIS countries.
